About the new tip messages

Attention SwapServices Users:


We have recently integrated with tip.cc via their brand-new API. As a result, you may notice a slight change in the way tip messages are sent when you receive a tip from SwapServices.


Previously, tip.cc would send tip messages when SwapServices tipped people. However, with the new API, tip.cc no longer sends these messages. Instead, SwapServices will now send its own tip messages.


We understand that this may cause some confusion for our users, but we want to assure you that this change will not affect the functionality of SwapServices. You can still trade assets as usual and your balances will be updated correctly.


If you are concerned about the change, we recommend checking your balance before and after each swap. This will help you keep track of your assets and demonstrate that you are not missing any tips.


We appreciate your understanding and patience as we continue to improve our platform and make it more seamless for our users.
